How to Take Care of Your Hair

Having beautiful long hair as well as flawless skin is something we all wish and love. Your hair might look dead and super frizzy from the outer side and you might get the feeling of chopping them all but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take care of them. Care and effort is the prime step in order to achieve anything. There are certain ways of taking care of your hair.

Only washing it and applying tonnes of the product is not the only thing that hair care routine includes. There are so many ways and simple hacks which are least complicated but most effective. Followings are some steps which include all the process which comes under hair care routine.

Washing

Above everything and the key thing in order to get smooth, silky, long, manageable hair. See we all know clean scalp leads to the growth of hair. If we go deep to the theory if our scalp is covered with dust, dirt then it will not let the root of the hair to grow properly. Shampooing hair is not an easy task too. It might sound so basic and simple thing that we have been doing since childhood. But are you sure you are doing it in the right manner? Well, ask yourself. There are certain ways of shampooing hair which causes less breakage and leads to the growth of hair. Always take shampoo in coin size of the amount and never rub it vigorously on your scalp or hair. Remember shampoo is for scalp and conditioners are for hair. Never let your conditioner touch your scalp otherwise it will lead to intense hairfall which I am sure you don’t really want. Always use sulfate free shampoo as it does not damage hair and make them look more glossy, clear, clean and smooth. When it comes to drying our hair then always try to let it air dry. Try not to use a blow dryer to dry your hair. It might look and feel awesome after blow drying your hair but it actually damages and dry out your hair a lot. Before that do pat dry your hair by a towel. Rubbing hair in order to dry your hair damages hair. So it is better to go slow and gentle on your hair.

Heat

Try your level best to avoid heating appliances like straightener, curler, dryer, Sun rays and pollution already damages your hair a lot and the leftover room for damage is completed by heating appliance. If you are required to use straightener or curler due to work or occasion then put the heating temperature at lowest so that it will create the least damage to the hair.

Hair mask

Hair masks are very important. You can understand this thing with an example like you are in a desert and very thirsty and suddenly you get water. Yes, that feeling it feels exactly the same. After all your hectic schedule where your hair met pollution, sun rays, heat damage, serum damage, and many other things you apply natural hair mask. It provides keratinand nutrition that your hair is a build-up of. Hair mask not only makes your hair smooth and shiny but also give strength to your hair. Dedicate you Sundays to hair mask. Pamper yourself and your hair each Sunday and let them be free and nourished. To get the best hair mask you can check out the website of CouponsCurry and get the new u coupons from there.

Oiling

I think oiling hair is something that comes in first place when hair care list is made. Just like water is the main thing for the growth of any plant in the same manner oiling is the prime thing in order to make your hair thick and full of strength. Now here I have a little hack for you that will double-up all the nutrition and effectiveness of your hair oil. Rather than applying any one oil go for the mixture of two or more. Like, combine coconut oil with castor oil and olive oil. Just remember whatever happens never skip over coconut oil. It is simply the best oil ever literally. Massaging hair with lukewarm hair oil will help in increasing the blood circulation that eventually leads to the growth of new hair. And whenever you are applying hair oil always focus on the scalp. It is where oil needs to be present not the hair length. So firstly cover all your scalp, massage properly and then spread it to your hair length.

Products

I will not say don’t use any chemical product onto your hair. In fact, I would rather say always apply hair serum or leave-in conditioner before stepping out in sun. UV rays damage hair a lot. So this way you are providing your hair a layer because of which it won’t hurt or damage hair at all. But yes I surely will suggest using a good product and less chemically treated products should be applied.

My hair is the longest it’s been in about 10 years because I am finally letting it grow out again. My hair is usually pretty nice, but I only shampoo (I don’t use conditioner) and I never blow dry or apply heat or products. I shampoo, air dry, brush, and go. I know not everyone can do that, though. I’ve never tried oiling my hair, I may have to try that to see if it helps.
