I’ve used vitamin e oil for years, but I never knew it could slow down grey hair! Mine is getting bad! I’m only in my early 30s too. I just had it colored yesterday and the ugly ends trimmed off. My favorite person on the planet is in his early 60s and still has a head of solid black hair. He’s barely starting to go grey in his goatee. I hate him just based on that. Lol. Meanwhile if I let my hair grow out naturally without professional help, I’d look his age. I will definitely be giving your recipe a try with the curry leaves and vitamin e oil.
