Vaadi Elbow Foot Knee Scrub Soap Review 1 Vaadi Elbow Foot Knee Scrub Soap Review

Last month I noticed my heels going dry to the point where there were tiny tiny white flakes. That’s when I thought how little to no attention I give to my feet! So I was looking online for a foot scrub soap. Why only a product in the soap form? Well, I want to follow a routine which is easy to follow on a daily basis. And I may forget to apply some foot cream daily. (Or eventually getting bored of this routine. 😛 ) That is how I narrowed it to a scrub soap which I can get done with during the bath time itself. Because I have used Vaadi Kesar Chandan Facial Soap and Vaadi Under Eye Cream, I picked up Vaadi scrub soap. The plus points are that it can also be used on elbows and knees. And here is my review on it!

Once I have completed my regular bath routine, (While still the shower!) I use this scrub soap on my elbows, knees, and feet. I am currently following this on a daily basis.

My Skin Type

Feet: Sensitive (blister prone), hard skin/roughness around the heels

Elbows and Knees: Dry

Color and Texture

The scrub soap itself is grey in color and has visible black gritty particles in it.

Fragrance

It has a pretty strong fragrance but feels very refreshing to me. My nose has now got used to the fragrance.

Effectiveness

I still remember how I was laughing alone in the bathroom when I first started using it on my soles! I felt too ticklish because my feet are very sensitive to touch! But yes after a while I got used to scrubbing my feet! 😀

The dry flakes which I mentioned earlier almost vanished within 2 uses! And with regular usage, it has completely disappeared. I do not have footwear marks on my feet. (As I have to wear socks due to my blister-prone situation!) So I can not comment on the feet whitening part.

And my elbows and knees were dry before. They have now smoothened out as I use this scrub soap daily to scrub the areas. It definitely removed the dead skin cells. And it is also sensitive skin friendly. I wasn’t particularly looking for an elbow scrub but now I am glad that I started using one!

I personally do not have any kind of extra darkness on my elbows and knees so again I can not comment on the lightening part. But yes it effectively scrubs away the dead skin cells and smoothens out the skin.

This looks like a great product to try. I have to admit that I neglect to look after my knees and feet. Probably because they’re covered all winter so nobody sees them. We’re getting into the summer months now, (though it doesn’t feel like it) so it’s time to spruce them up I think.
